Requirements
- Min High School graduate
- Min 10 years of underground operational experience, and min 4 years experience in supervisory role
- Holds Blaster-2 certification
- Holds Front Line Operational Supervisor certification (POP) is preferable
- Fluent Bahasa and basic English
- Computer literate
- Shows motivation to apply Newcrest Values
- Shows motivation to achieve safe, effective and efficient goals
Requirements
- Min Senior High School or similar
- Min 3 (three) years experience in mining industry, and min 1 (one) year operating mine control or similar softwar
- Able to perform “monitoring operational activities” competency, radio-based communication competency
- Able to operate window-based computer software
- Fluent bahasa, and basic English
- Able to perform accurate data entry, analysis and generate report
- Shows motivation to apply Newcrest Values
Requirements
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Mining Engineering or Geology with related rock mechanics background and academic qualification
- Min two years experience in Mining (preferably Underground and Open Pit)
- Good knowledge of Rock Mechanics and relevant software
- Postgraduate qualifications and supervisory training would be well regarded
- Fluent in English, both written and oral is essential
- Hold a valid driving license
- Good physical condition
- Must demonstrate strong initiative and ability to perform as part of a team
- Must have commitment to work in both underground and open pit operating environments
- Good communication skill and attitude
