Bank Sahabat Sampoerna was formerly known as PT Bank Dipo International, which was founded by PT Pahalamas Sejahtera in 1990. The name Bank Sahabat Sampoerna was established in 2012. The Bank is based in Jakarta and operates as a part of Sampoerna Strategic. As of December 2011. the bank operates 5 branch offices, located in Jakarta, Medan, Pekanbaru, Palembang, and Surabaya. The Company also supported by 5 sub-branch offices in Jakarta area, located in Pecenongan, Bandengan, Kelapa Gading, Matraman, and Fatmawati. Based on Bank Sahabat Sampoerna Annual Report 2011, during the year 2011 the growth of the Company remains solid, marked by its assets increased to Rp1.1 trillion, or growth by 35% from Rp798 billion position in the same period in 2010.

General Requirements
  • Min S1 from reputable university with Good accreditation, priority for those majoring in Agriculture, Social sciences and other majors relevant to the industry with GPA min 2.85 
  • Maximum 25 years old and preferably single/not married
  • Possess strong interest in banking/ financial services
  • Upon completion of program, willing to be assigned to any location as required by the orgnization
